Talent amps up "executive bandwidth" with key hires

Talent is increasing its "executive bandwidth" with a number of key hires and people moves set to drive global growth, says CEO Mark Nielsen.

"We've experienced significant growth over the past three years, especially during COVID, and over the last year we're looking at revenue up about 30% and profitability up by more than that," he tells Shortlist.

"So we realised we needed to increase executive bandwidth. The business is becoming more and more global, and the international parts of the business are starting to perform very well now."

Boosting the executive team involves increasing the "overall cadence in the way we work" and ensuring the whole business is fully integrated, Nielsen adds.

Talent is "building fast and scaling quickly", he says, so global CFO Yaron Segal is moving to the role of global chief commercial officer...
