A recruitment agency has overhauled its approach to temp management, reducing "laborious" queries by 30% and significantly increasing the likelihood of making multiple placements, its CEO says.
In the recruitment industry, temp candidates have typically been treated as less important than perm and "somehow their careers were not as crucial to work with them to plan", Kingston Human Capital CEO Elizabeth Kingston tells Shortlist.
