The GO2 People gets house in order for FY23
After a 12-month journey of right-sizing the business and becoming "passive market experts", signs are now pointing towards "an encouraging FY23" for The GO2 People, says new MD Shawn Murphy.
After a rocky FY21 the group has now completed two major projects, according to Murphy, who became CEO in October last year then was appointed MD last month.
The first was "right-sizing" the business after acquiring Skill Hire last year, he tells Shortlist.
"When you merge two businesses they have got their own leadership structures in place and so you have to work out if the right people are in rights seats," he says...
