The Holy Grail of talent acquisition: calculating the true cost per hire

Most employers still remain in the dark about their true cost per hire, prompting two of Australia's most experienced recruitment innovators to launch a platform that aims to accurately measure which marketing channel initiated a successful job application.

The new platform, Hoarde, aims to calculate metrics such as cost-per-candidate-interview, cost-per-offer, and cost-per-hire. It can also assess key ratios such as offers per hire and interviews per hire.
