U&U 'accelerating' expansion; director promoted to global role

After opening three new locations in the past five years, U&U is now looking to "accelerate" its expansion via acquisition, managing director Craig Sneesby tells Shortlist. Meanwhile a founding director has been promoted to a new role with parent company Will Group.

Brisbane-headquartered U&U opened its Sydney CBD office in 2015, followed by western Sydney in 2018, Melbourne in 2021, and London last year.

Melbourne has grown "faster than expected", Sneesby notes, with 14 staff now on board, and while the branch is still in its formative stages it's moving in a "very good direction". And London, with almost 20 staff, is helping to create a "talent freeway" between the UK and Australia, though it still has "plenty of work to do"...
