Monash University's talent division has launched a new full-service offering to help employers with seasonal recruitment campaigns.
When Monash Talent launched in 2017, its purpose was to identify graduate and intern roles for the university's students, says Monash College executive director of industry Nicola Harrison.
But the University-based recruitment agency is now moving to full-blown recruitment campaigns.
Most organisations would not expect a university to be the "middle-man", Harrison tells Shortlist, but "we take the payrolling component away, so it is a true casual engagement"...
