Upcoming fixed-term contract limits make clarity even more crucial

Fixed-term contracts that extend or are renewed beyond two years will soon be prohibited, making it even more important for recruitment agencies have a clear understanding of their clients' requirements, and to keep that knowledge up to date, a compliance expert says.

The prohibition – introduced as part of last year's 'Secure Jobs, Better Pay' reforms – will begin on 6 December this year. (Watch this webcast excerpt for a refresher on the legislation.)
