"Very strong" hiring demand to continue through Q4
The current pace of hiring is set to continue through the final quarter of 2022, according to ManpowerGroup's latest Employment Outlook Survey.
The net employment outlook (NEO) for the December quarter is +38%, unchanged from the previous quarter and up 26% year-on-year, the report says.
All eight regions expect to increase staffing levels in the upcoming quarter – the most competitive region is the ACT with an NEO of 50%, followed by Victoria (43%) and NSW (41%).
