"Where we can, we will offer on the day": ICC slashes hiring times

Even in a cooler recruitment market, candidates won't accept a return to longer hiring timeframes, says an HR director whose organisation has committed to shorter processes.

To meet renewed demand for its services in a tight talent market, and after losing a considerable number of employees during the pandemic, ICC Sydney – which hosted a record 84 events in the past financial year – has made "considerable" changes to its hiring practices, director of HR Luke Fleming tells Shortlist.
