Which factors make a restraint enforceable?

Measures to protect against post-employment risks have never been more important, but it's critical to implement, enforce and review them throughout the employment relationship, a lawyer says.

Increased employee movement, social media use and technology changes are among the factors that make it crucial for employers to have appropriate protections in place, says Henry William Lawyers senior associate Renee Kasbarian.
